"I was looking for a new skidoo. Just looking on the internet and found a ad that just didnt seem true the price was just so low compared to everyone else, so i had to call. Got ahold of a salesman (Frank )asked about the ad he said yes it was the price but was missed priced in the ad but said they'd honor it it was a 1000.00 less then the right price. Now that says something about this shop. I drove 9 hours from C.A . Check them out good guys great prices"

"Rex Harris is my hero.
I was on my annual "Ham Sister Tour" and had a problem with my left saddlebag - again. I ride a 2008 Honda Gold Wing. The last dealer didn't reset the "emergency release in the trunk and I was out of options after manually opening the trunk and accidentally triggering a release for the main trunk! Honda reported that we would have to "destroy the trunk" and Rex miraculously got it to open. Trunk intact. We made it to the Redwoods (our goal and turning point before returning to MN). If it hadn't been for Rex our trip would have sadly been shortened (although we love the Bend area).
Rex was calm, professional and diligent in solving a very big problem while dealing with a woman rider who was at the end of her rope.
Rex I can't thank you enough for coming to my rescue.
Awesome team here focused on taking care of customers.

"I would like to thank Phil Laughland, the service manager for saving my ass. With over 1,500 miles still left on my trip back to Long Beach, CA, I could tell I would need a new rear tire on my FJR1300 before the trip was out. I stopped into the dealership without an appointment. Even though the shop was backed up with work, Phil took the effort to look at my bike's rear tire and saw that it was getting critical.
It was clear to me that Phil cared alot about his customers. Rather than just a simple no, we don't have the time. He assessed the gravity of the situation and rearranged his crew and got me in and out of the dealer within one hour.
I didn't get the name of the big guy that changed the tire, but he was a pro as well.
If all of the employees are as good as the two guys that helped me out, then you certainly have one great company.

Pat Berry is always ready, willing and able to help you, if you don't need anything he is there just to offer a smile and a conversation. Nathan Miller in parts will always go above and beyond to get you a part or get you an answer. Frank ,Pete, Rex and Daniel are all keys to there success. It is nice to go into a local buisness and be greated by a familiar face. I can see that Pro Caliber has realized that they are only as good as the people they work with."

"I had a tire go bad on me as I was enroute to Utah salt flats. It was a holiday weekend and there was no one open to service my goldwing. Grant Mclean with procaliber bend called around and found one of his service techs to come in on the holiday and finish the repairs. I was back on the road by 10 am the next day and contiued on my way. Grants dedication to customer service has won me over as a loyal procaliber customer. "

"What a great store and staff! Definitely worth the drive as I saved a bunch of money on my bike and parts, plus I got excellent service. I went in to the store a few years back when it was under different ownership and was known as Bend Recreation and I wasn't that impressed. Now that Pro Caliber owns the place it is great. If you haven't checked it out since the ownership change you need to. Good job to Travis, Brian, Grant, Nathan, Rex and the rest of the crew down there in Bend!"
